I have always owned dogs and enjoyed working with them to establish a healthy bond and family pet we all enjoyed.
I started training a black Labrador, called Poppy, in 2007 with a local dog club learning pet obedience. I enjoyed working with Poppy so much that I started to compete in obedience shows gaining a few rosettes along the way.
I wanted to help others to have a great family pet as well, so I decided to train as an Instructor with the British Institute for Professional Dog Trainers (BIPDT) in 2011. Since gaining this qualification I have successfully instructed classes between puppy and advanced and currently train dogs in a one to one capacity in their homes.
